HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY EBIKE?

If you are riding your bike regularly, your brake pads should be replaced around every 500kms. An annual service should be enough depending on the rider.

SHOULD I CHARGE MY BATTERY ON OR OFF MY BIKE?

Whichever is most convenient for you! It won't impact performance or battery life to take it off the bike to charge.

WHO LOOKS AFTER MY WARRANTY?

If you purchase your bike from our store, we will take care of any warranty issues and replacement parts needed.

I PURCHASED MY EBIKE SECOND HAND, CAN I STILL BOOK A SERVICE WITH YOU?

We are happy to take care of mechanical servicing for any eBike. We can also look after electrical servicing needs for any bike from a brand we carry in our shop. If you are unsure if we can help with your bike, please reach out!
