We offer test riding and personal guidance to ensure your bike is the right fit for you, as we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your bike and/or accessories upon pick-up or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Exchanges/Manufacturing Faults
If your bike is deemed to have a Manufacturing fault, we can discuss your options to replace your bike. Contact us at energyelectricbikes@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected your return and received confirmation of fault from the Manufacturer to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be offered an exchange or refund depending on the Manufacturer's policy. Any refunds must be on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
